The storytelling walk experience: when legends come back to life

Due to high demand during school holidays, we recommend booking your tickets online in advance, at least one day before your visit (online purchases are not available on the day of your visit). Tickets are also available at the reception desk of Brocéliande, the gate of secrets, subject to availability.

For your information, the storytelling walks are conducted exclusively in French, however if you would like to hear a story in a foreign language, it is possible to book a private walk. In this case, please contact Brocéliande, la Porte des Secrets’ ‘Groups’ service, which will put you in touch with a multilingual storyteller.

Along the Brocéliande trail, the Gate of Secrets in Paimpont, you listened to and discovered the stories of Pierre, the forest ranger. Now, let yourself be guided beyond the walls, in the footsteps of Merlin, the fairy Morgane and the Knights of the Round Table with the storyteller guides in the heart of the Brocéliande forest.

The storytelling walks in Brocéliande are a must-do in the area, taking you on a timeless journey through nature, history and legendary tales. As you walk along the trails, words bring ancient stories to life and the landscapes become imbued with memory.

An unusual visit to Brittany

  •    Formats to suit everyone: from gentle strolls around Paimpont Pond to longer walks in the heart of the Val sans Retour (Valley of No Return) in Tréhorenteuc.
