The purchase of works is possible in certain cases. Each artist decides whether his or her work is available for sale or for exhibition only.

Is the course suitable for children?

Yes, Brocéliande, la Porte des Secrets is recommended for children aged 5 and over. Some of the videos on local legends, such as the Lady in White or the Washerwomen of the Night, may impress the youngest or most sensitive visitors. 

Can I bring a pushchair?

Yes, pushchairs are permitted. A lift is available to access areas with stairs.

Are pets allowed?

No, animals are not allowed on the Brocéliande, la Porte des Secrets trail.

Do certain pathologies or disorders prevent you from completing the course?

Light effects may affect people with photosensitivity or epilepsy. As the course is entirely indoors, it can also be uncomfortable for claustrophobic people.

No, it is not possible to take photos or videos for copyright reasons.

Booking and ticket office

Do you accept holiday vouchers?

Yes, for the Brocéliande, la Porte des Secrets tour, we accept Chèques Vacances Classic as a means of payment. Chèques Vacances Connect are only valid for online bookings.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, cash, cheques and Classic Holiday Vouchers at the counter. For online payments, we accept credit cards and Connect holiday vouchers.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Tickets purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of medical or exceptional reasons, on presentation of proof.

Is there a reduced rate?

Yes, the reduced rate is €6.50 and applies to students, jobseekers and people with disabilities.

Do I need to book in advance?

To make the most of Brocéliande, the Gateway to Secrets, we recommend that you book in advance. During the summer months, we advise you to book at least 2 days in advance to be sure of finding the time that suits you best.

I have a Cezam card, is it valid for the course?

Yes, there is a €1 discount for CEZAM card holders.
