‘What a lovely discovery!!! Something to do at the start of your stay in the region. It sets you up nicely for the discoveries to come. I loved the box room; it makes you want to make one yourself after you’ve been there. If I were to make one, I’d put the traveller’s beech tree in it, as it’s an encounter that left a deep impression on me.’
