Practical information

• Open all year round, with opening hours varying according to the season.
• The tour starts at a fixed time. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.

• The tour lasts approximately 50 minutes.
• Maximum capacity of 19 people.
• Sessions every 20 minutes.

Outside school holidays (October to March):

Open Wednesday to Sunday. Sessions every 20 minutes from 9:40 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Outside school holidays (April, May, June, and September):

Open daily. Sessions every 20 minutes from 9:40 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

July and August:

Open daily, sessions are offered every 20 minutes, from 9:40 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. and from 1:20 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in July and until 8:00 p.m. in August.

School holidays (excluding summer):

Open every day. Sessions every 20 minutes, from 9:40 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the All Saints’ Day holidays. During the Christmas holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Brocéliande, the Gate of Secrets is exceptionally closed on 25 December and 1 January.

• Child price (5-11 years old): €5 
• Free for children under 5 and free for those accompanying a person with a disability (a ticket must be obtained even if it is free).

Brocéliande, the Gate of Secrets, located in the heart of Paimpont, invites you to take home a souvenir of your visit. Designed as a continuation of the tour, the shop showcases the four elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.

Each object tells the stories of Pierre the forest ranger. Each book evokes nature, the forest and Arthurian legends. Each handcrafted creation selected is a testament to local expertise.
